Hands down, face yoga is one of my FAVOURITE things to teach. Yes you might look like a total loon and your kids/other half/friends are definitely going to think you’ve lost your mind but trust me. THIS STUFF WORKS.
How do I know? Well unlike many of the fresh-faced twenty-somethings out there who teach face yoga I am over 40 and, guess what… I have wrinkles! Wrinkles and crinkles and lines from my frowns, eyelids determined to droop and a jawline that is desperate to slack off. I’m peri-menopausal too, which basically means that I get it AND I know from personal experience that face yoga can get results. It takes time and little commitment, but you can usually start to see a difference within 4-weeks. Hurray!
So if like me, you’re keen to maintain a smooth, youthful look without the use of surgery, then face yoga is for you.
Basically face yoga uses a clever combination of facial exercises, stretches, acupressure and tone, tighten and plump the facial muscles and skin. We work some areas and relax others. Best of all, face yoga can be done anywhere! In bed, in the shower, in a traffic jam, and of course, with me!
I offer a range of online and in-person face yoga workshops and events across Norfolk. It’s a wonderful opportunity to get together with a group of like-minded women and laugh whilst you learn.
