Cancellation Policy
Please note that there is a 48-hour cancellation policy for treatment appointments, Yoga Classes & 1:1 Yoga sessions and a 72-hour cancellation policy for all events. If for any reason you cannot make your appointment, class, event or 1:1 session, please contact Kerry within this timeframe to re-schedule or cancel: hello@kerrybrind.com
Where cancellations are made after this time the full cost of your treatment, class, event or 1:1 session remains payable.
Where I as the yoga teacher, practitioner or event organiser need to cancel an event a transfer or full refund will be offered.
Refunds & Transfers
If adequate notice is given for cancellation of a Yoga Class (48 hours) or an Event (72 hours) you may be entitled to a refund or to transfer your place to another class or event if your space can be filled.

Yoga and Qigong Classes, Events
The activities undertaken during a class or event include physical movements and mental concentration. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you agree to discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. You assume full responsibility for knowing when to stop and for any and all injuries, which may occur through participation. By booking and paying for a class you verify that you are physically able to participate in the class or event.
