Hello! I’m Kerry from SuperZen Yoga
Adult Yoga, Baby Yoga, Toddler Yoga, Family Yoga
Nice to meet you! One might describe me as a straight-talking, slightly sarcastic yoga mum with a love of crystals, chakras, tarot, proscecco, cake, wine, words and the great British countryside. I’m mum to Lily and James and I just love sharing my passion for yoga with shattered mums and over excited kids!
As mums I feel like we’re often bending over backwards for everyone except ourselves, we balance work, kids, family fiends and so much more on a daily basis, my goal is to offer mums a delicious hour of total peace, calm and relaxation, where they can stretch their bodies and quiet their minds. When it comes to kids I’m quite the opposite! I love to act out stories, sing songs and dance in my classes, for me kids and family yoga is about positive play that strengthens bodies, builds confidence and creates bonds. I can’t wait to welcome you to a class soon!
